Work with US manufacturer of satellites to obtain rocket launching agreements with approval of US Government. Negotiations involving Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Brazil, France and China. Work with White House, NASA, NSA, Department of Defense, State Department, US Air Force, Department of Commerce and other US administrative agencies to obtain necessary export licenses and assistance. Mr. Schildhaus has been Chair of the American Bar Association, Section of International Law and Practice (ABA) International Committee on Aviation and Aerospace Law - 1996, 97, 98, 99; Vice Chair - 2000, 2001, 2002.
