A typical example of the need for our services occurs when a European corporation has one or more legal matters in the US. These matters are likely to involve entities in different cities, counties and states. Some cases may have disputes with possible litigation on the horizon; others may involve any one or more of the following: acquisitions, financing, licensing, various types of contracts, corporate matters, or projects with US components. There may be actual or potential administrative actions with US and/or local government entities. Each case represents different challenges and different considerations. For each of these legal matters, the European client will need proper legal representation, generally meaning different lawyers/law firms. Arbitration, litigation, bankruptcy, intellectual property, employment, distribution - all differ; all require specialized legal expertise. For the most part, different lawyers and law firms will be needed in each case. We help find the right firm; the right lawyer – quickly and efficiently.
