 International Arbitration and Mediation
For over thirty years, Mr. Schildhaus has counseled US and foreign companies and organizations on issues related to dispute settlement in the international arena. He has drafted and negotiated dispute resolution provisions in hundreds of contracts and agreements. In September, 2000, Mr. Schildhaus successfully completed a course in international arbitration given by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Amsterdam. He is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association.
